Unique Features

Inquiry Quest Meetings

Inquiry Quest meetings provide individualized learning plans that are essential to self-connection.

Democratic Experience

Our Democratic Experience is essential for empowering independent individuals that understand the necessity of community connection.

Organic Gardening

Growing and harvesting food is essential for understanding our connection to the natural world. Students and staff enjoy the foods from our organic gardens during our community cooking opportunities embedded throughout our days.

Animal Husbandry

Compassion and concern are developed through first hand experiences with creatures in the immediate environment. This connection later develops into caring citizens of the global environment. Our animals on the school farm is just one layer of connection of creatures students have while on our campus.

Community Service

Connecting with the community and understanding its functions is essential for becoming contributing citizens.
