NEW Woodland Faire Parking and Shuttle Info
Overview: No parking on campus. Drop the kids/stuff off at IOS. The driver parks at the BMX Park nearby. Catch the IOS bus shuttle.
ARRIVAL:
STEP 1:
For groups of 3 or more people OR if you are bringing chairs or other things that need carrying:
STEP 2 (groups of 1-2 people start here):
STEP 3:
SHUTTLE HOURS: For arrival, the shuttle will run from 3:45pm until 5:00pm.
*****The last arrival shuttle will depart the parking area at 5:00pm.*****
If there is any chance you'll arrive at the Faire after 5:00pm,
you will need to make your own arrangements to be dropped off at the school.
SPECIAL DEPARTURE:
SPECIAL SHUTTLE HOURS:
For those wanting to depart after the kids' performance (i.e., before the Faire activities in the woods begin), there will be ONE special shuttle run at 6:00pm from IOS to the parking area.
We need to know who will take this special shuttle so no one gets left behind!
If there is any possibility you will want to take this special shuttle,
please contact Katie Lee by email ([email protected]) no later than Friday, Nov 7.

- Come through the IOS driveway and drop all passengers & items at the front porch.
- Proceed to STEP 2.
STEP 2 (groups of 1-2 people start here):
- Park your vehicle at the Capitol City BMX park: 5001 Killingsworth Ln.
- Turn right out of IOS driveway.
- At the first light (flashing yellow), turn RIGHT onto Killingsworth Lane (YES, you will be turning from Killingsworth Lane onto Killingsworth Lane -- no one knows why they named the streets this way )
- The park entrance drive will be on your RIGHT. It will be marked by a blue and green wavy guy.
STEP 3:
- Hop on the shuttle (the IOS white bus). If the shuttle is not there, be patient. It will loop back as quickly as possible.

- Gather all your people & all your stuff at the front porch (There will be someone there to wait with kiddos if you're short on adults.)
- Proceed to STEP 2 ONLY once this critical step is completed!
STEP 2:
- DRIVER ONLY - Take the shuttle to get your vehicle.
STEP 3:
- At IOS, follow the usual after-school pick-up route through the circular driveway to pick up your people and things.
